About Gretchen A. Mosher

Dr. Mosher's research examines three themes involving biological and process technology, occupational safety, and use of data analytics to evaluate educational outcomes. Specific interests include employee decision-making in grain and feed systems, isolation and traceability of bulk and specialty grain and feed ingredients, mitigation of grain dust hazards, and use of data and decision-making tools to better understand how student and adult learners make sense and apply new information in the workplace.
