About Gretchen A. Mosher

Gretchen Mosher’s first research focus is food system safety. The role of the human decision-making process in the management of food system risk, safety, and quality is of specific interest. A second area of research concentration is a study of the interaction of quality with other operational goals. The third research focus examines best practices for introducing complex and unfamiliar topics to secondary, post-secondary, and adult learners.
