Dr. Mak is currently director of the sport management program. She holds a M.S. and a Ph.D. from Indiana University and a M.B.A. from Marshall University. Dr. Mak graduated with a First Class Honor from Hong Kong Baptist University. She teaches sports marketing, organizational behavior, and supervises internships. Her research interest includes the marketing of sport and the economic impact of tourism and leisure behavior. She has written more than 45 refereed publications and book chapters and has delivered more than 70 presentations throughout the world. She has been a Marshall faculty member since 2000.
