Zhonde is currently an Associate Professor for VDID. He graduated with his Bachelors degree in Chemistry and Molecular Biology at Jilin University. Five years later, he received his Masters in Biochemistry at the Dalian Institute of Light Industry in China. He received his Ph.D. at the University of Massachusetts in Molecular and Cellular Biology.
