About Paul W Nesbitt-Larking

I am interested in how people make sense of their political lives and how they develop their political identities. In the Canadian context and beyond, I research into political discourses and narratives, beliefs, values and emotions, political communication and political agency. My recent research has included studies of migration and multiculturalism, citizenship, and the political lives of ethno-religious minorities. I gratefully acknowledge the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada for financial support of my studies in multiculturalism.
In addition to my teaching and research, I am a member and former President of the International Society of Political Psychology.
