About Kenneth Dunegan

Ken Dunegan, Professor of Organizational Behavior, is a long-time member of the Department of Management and Labor Relations, joining the 20-year club in 2007.  Although he specializes in organizational behavior (with emphasis on decision making, leadership, and motivation), he also teaches general management, organizational theory and design, and an occasional special-topics course.  His research on decision making biases, leadership, and image theory appears in many of the top management journals, including Organizational Behavior & Human Decision Processes, Journal of Applied Psychology, Decision Sciences, Journal of Management, IEEE Transactions, and Journal of Management Education, to name a few.  "Dr.D" has served as a consultant for General Electric (Nela Park), Procter & Gamble (Corporate Offices and P&G Technical Center), Structural Dynamics Research Corporation, American Music Scholarship Association, Total Living Concepts, and the Great Works Production Company.  In addition, Ken has been an active participant in the community, coaching young men and women in basketball, baseball, softball, and soccer.
