About Karen Ramsden

Karen Ramsden coordinates, researches and collaborates on special projects as related to Sprague Library, including but not limited to, evaluation and assessment projects, proposals, and the implementation of plans for specific initiatives such as the implementation and maintenance of an Institutional Repository. She helps to direct and shape the character and overall nature of all library-related projects from project conception through development, production, and introduction to the intended audience. Additionally, Karen possesses a comprehensive knowledge of fund-raising fundamentals, prospect cultivation and the ability to establish accurate capacity ratings based on findings, formula and judgment and in the recognition of wealth indicators, knowledge of business terms and what constitutes relevant, credible and strategic information.
