Jenny K. Oleen is the Scholarly Communications and Copyright Librarian, and Assistant Professor, at Western Washington University Libraries, where she manages the Western CEDAR Institutional Repository. Her areas of research include scholarly communication and publishing, copyright education, creation and promotion of open education resources, and support of open access on university campuses.
