Jim has published and lectured in the areas of Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Trial Advocacy and Evidence. While he teaches part time at Seton Hall Law School he is a 23 year veteran of the law enforcement profession working for the Essex County Prosecutor's Office in Newark, NJ where he supervises the White Collar Crime and Megan's Law Units. He has worked on a number of large scale investigations and trials that involve police corruption, murder, fraud, narcotics trafficking and money laundering.
