Head of Access Services and Systems
I am a professional librarian with extensive management and technology experience. I manage the Access Services Department at Montclair State University's Harry A. Sprague Library. Access Services is responsible for patron borrowing and registration, academic reserves, management of the circulating book collection, overseeing the library's social media accounts, overnight access to the library, library security, and the integrated library system.
My areas of expertise within the library include:
* Mobile and wireless technology and apps
* Social media
* Integrated Library Systems
* Technology training - EndNote, bepress Digital Commons
* eBooks and eReaders
I am also the library liaison to the following departments:
* The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders
