Dr. Stephen A. Raper is an Associate Professor and Associate Chair of Undergraduate Studies in the department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology. He has Ph.D., M.S. and B.S. degrees in Engineering Management from Missouri S&T, formerly the University of Missouri--Rolla.  Dr. Raper joined Missouri S&T in 1990.
