A Fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. A Criminal Law Specialist (Certified by the Cal. St. Bar Bd. of Legal Specialization) admitted to practice in California and before the United States Supreme Court as well as several federal district and federal circuit courts around the country. Professor of Law and Forensic Science at The Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law, Former President of the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice and Chair of Death Penalty Focus.
