I am Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology in the Department of Secondary and Middle Grades Education at Kennesaw State University. My research interests include teacher stress, coping, and well-being; how context shapes teachers' perceptions of their work; teacher professional development and teacher education; and the use of educational research and evidence-based practices in B-12 classrooms.
