Dr. Nicholas Thomas is currently an Assistant Professor at Iowa State University in the Hospitality Management program within the AESHM Department located in the College of Human Sciences. He earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in Hospitality Administration, Master in Hospitality Administration, and Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While he has taught a variety of courses at UNLV's main (Las Vegas) and Singapore campuses, as well as DePaul University, Dr. Thomas currently teaches courses related to human resources and hospitality law at Iowa State University. Dr. Thomas conducts research in the areas of human resources, the casino-entertainment industry, as well as hospitality education.
