About Meg Miner

When I was the University's Archivist, I established policies and processes for adding any type of record to IWU's University Archives, including born-digital University records to our institutional repository Digital Commons @ IWU (http://digitalcommons.iwu.edu). This work included helping campus administrators, departmental offices and all levels of campus governing groups to identify appropriate records retention processes to address future questions about IWU history. I also helped cultivate interest in IWU's history among alumni, students, faculty and administrators by arranging and providing access to University records in physical and digital formats.

As a Librarian, I had selection and curation responsibilities for Special Collections and served as the library's liaison to a range of departments and programs over my 21 year tenure.
