About Frank A. Farris

I teach in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, at Santa Clara University. Through 2009, I served once more as Editor of Mathematics Magazine, an official publication of the Mathematical Association of America. My current position with the MAA is Chair of the Council on Publications and Communications. During fall quarter 2011, I served as Benedict Distinguished Visiting Professor at Carleton College.
I help to coordinate Bay Area Mathematical Adventures a series of talks intended for high school students interested in mathematics, sponsored jointly by SCU and San Jose State University. Please contact me if you would like to be added to our email list.
