About Andrea Honigsfeld
I am a Professor in the School of Education and Human Services at Molloy University, Rockville Centre, New York, where I teach graduate-level TESOL teacher education courses. Before entering the field of teacher education, I was an English-as-a-foreign-language teacher in Hungary, an English-as-a-second-language teacher in New York City, and taught Hungarian at New York University. As a Fulbright Scholar, I lectured in Iceland and I have been presenting at conferences across the United States, Canada, China, Denmark, Iceland, Italy, Singapore, Sweden, the Philippines, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. My recent articles and ongoing research are focused on coteaching, teacher collaboration, and integrated language development practices.
