Abstract
Mentoring is never more important than when a woman leaves the university to start on her career path. Four women from the National Institute of Statistical Sciences at different stages of their careers discuss the philosophy and goals of mentoring, the impact on their careers and their own transitions from being mentored to becoming mentors.
