About Wilma Robles-Melendez

Wilma Robles de Melendez is an Associate Professor of Early Childhood Education at the Fischler College of Education at Nova Southeastern University. With over 20 years of experience, she is a specialist in early childhood education and multicultural practices. Dr. Robles de Melendez has extensive experience in the field of education having served in many different capacities—classroom teacher, school principal, child care center director, regional social studies supervisor, and state Kindergarten supervisor- at the Puerto Rico Department of Education.
