About Wenjing Ouyang

Wenjing Ouyang is an Associate Professor of Finance at University of the Pacific. She holds a PhD in Finance from Drexel University. Her BS and MS in Finance is from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.

Wenjing's research interests include corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial markets and institutions. Her recent research examines the impact of stock price firm-specific information on managerial corporate acquisition decisions. Wenjing has published research papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented research projects at national and international conferences. She is also an active reviewer for research journals and conferences.

In Eberhardt School of Business, Wenjing has taught three courses, including Financial Management (Undergraduate), Intermediate Financial Management (Undergraduate), and Corporate Finance (MBA). She has also advised the Student Investment Fund (Undergraduate and Graduate). Dr. Ouyang is currently a CFA Level III candidate.
