About Tim Taylor

Dr. Taylor's teaching and research interests span various fields within Rhetoric/Composition: basic writing, argumentation, writing program administration, composition theory and pedagogy, classical rhetoric, professional writing, writing center theory and practice, civic engagement, service learning pedagogy, and writing across the curriculum. His work has appeared in WPA: Writing Program Administration, Praxis: A Writing Center Journal, Teaching English in the Two-Year College, and College English. He is the author of the Instructor's Manual for Writing Arguments, (Pearson; 7th, 8th, & 9th editions), and he is writing a basic writing textbook with a colleague.
