About Sreyansh Mamidi
I am a senior at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA), a residential high school located in Aurora, IL. I'm very passionate about applying methods in computer science to interdisciplinary projects. In particular, I am a researcher in the IMSA-CMS particle physics collaboration and serve as a co-chair of Information Motivating Public Activism (IMPACT), an elective in the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program. As a result, I love using computer science to learn more about physics and data journalism. Additionally, I enjoy playing chess, and I've been a member of IMSA's chess team for the past three years. When I'm not coding or playing chess, I love to spend time with my parents, travel to different places, and learn more about geography.
