About Smitesh Bakrania

My research involves synthesis and applications of nanoparticles. Specifically, investigating combustion synthesis of nanoparticles and their application in dye-sensitized solar cells and catalysis. Currently, we are developing a microcombustion-based portable power source using nanoparticles. In addition, my interest also lies in developing and researching educational apps. The current focus within engineering education is a long-term study of the outcomes from the junior and senior engineering clinics at Rowan.
