About Sharon Radd, EdD

Sharon Radd is Associate Professor in the MA-Organizational Leadership program at St.Catherine University. She is also an Equity Fellow with the Midwest and Plains Equity Assistance Center at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis, and the Founder and Lead Consultant of Sankalpa Consulting based out of Minneapolis. With 20+ years of experience in public education as a school administrator, professional development facilitator, and school social worker, Radd holds a BA in Liberal Arts from UW-River Falls, a BS in Social Work and an MS in Educational Leadership from Minnesota State Mankato, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. Radd was a 2006 Bush Leadership Fellow, and received the 2010 Best Dissertation Award from the Leadership for Social Justice Special Interest Group of the American Education Research Association. Radd teaches courses in Research Design, Inclusive Leadership, and Leading Teams as well as a study abroad course to Havana, Cuba, and the final Leadership Seminar in the MAOL program
