Research Specialist III
I'm serving as the manager of the CARC CORE Laboratories. I established the CORE labs at CARC in 2010, initiating a Microbiology Research lab and developing it into three state-of-the-art Molecular and Analytical Chemistry labs that support research needs for faculty and staff in the CAHS. The Core Laboratory Facility at Cooperative Agriculture Research Center (CARC) functions as a multi-user resource dedicated to provide services for all research areas (Plant and Environmental Science, Animal and Food Science) in College of Agriculture and Human Sciences. The CORE lab is equipped with more than 20 molecular biology, genomics, and analytical chemistry instruments. Teaching and training research postdoc, technicians, specialists and students is an integral part of this CARC CORE Laboratories.
