About Saravanan Kuppusamy

I analyze the factors that influence electric vehicle adoption in a fleet environment like taxicabs. As part of the work, I develop an analytic framework that has the potential to stimulate research on sustainable, socially-responsible, electric-energy based automotive supply chains, and generate win-win strategies for a broad set of stakeholders including vehicle and battery manufacturers, battery-infrastructure providers, fleet managers, utility companies, and the environment. Also, I am involved in developing methodologies to solve critical issues in the areas related to inventory management, transportation, logistics and health-care operations.
