Abstract
Presentation of a case study of a new undergraduate Political Science course in which students create podcasts discussing political issues surrounding various macro- and micro- end-of-the-world scenarios. The podcasts are intended to be used as pedagogical objects in other courses, and otherwise freely available under a Creative Commons license in podcast collections such as iTunes. The study examines the technology required, and student perceptions of their own self-efficacy and satisfaction with their work while knowing that it will be made openly available to others.
