Abstract
The author reflects on his experiences in providing continuing education for law professors in West Bank and Gaza Strip during Second Intifada, a conflict between Israelis and Palestinians in 2000. He relates his role and responsibilities as a program planner in Palestine about adult education. He also cited his role as a reviewer of nearly 20 program planning models basing from the ideas of various educators.
