Dr. Kanwar's research interests are in the broader areas of water resource and environment engineering, natural resource engineering, sustainable agricultural production systems, animal waste management, and global sustainable systems. Primary goal is to develop engineering solution to emerging global food, human nutrition, water resources and environmental problems as a result of intensive agricultural, livestock, and aquaculture production systems in agricultural watersheds.
