About Robert Seifer

Robert E. Seifer, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist specializing in athletic psychological performance enhancement. He is the sport psychologist for Miami Marlins baseball organization. He created and implemented his POWER program for psychological performance enhancement for Olympic, professional, and collegiate athletes. In this role he works with athletes to improve upon and maintain their elite athletic discipline. Dr. Seifer brings his POWER program to Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and will be working to enhance the psychological performance of the NSU student athletes. Dr. Seifer is an Associate Professor in the College of Psychology, Department of Clinical and School Psychology. Dr. Seifer graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science and he earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at NSU in 2002.
