About Richard Klein

Dr. Richard Klein has served as a program coordinator and professor in Levin College of Urban Affairs and Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University for over 30 years.  In addition to his administrative and teaching responsibilities, he has written several professional articles for major publications such as Appraisal Journal, American Preservation Technology Journal and Real Estate Issues.  He has also served on several community based boards and has served as a consultant for both the city of Cleveland and the Federal Government.
