About Philip Fabrizio

Dr. Fabrizio is an associate professor in the Department of Physical Therapy. He joined the faculty at PCOM Georgia in April 2018.

Dr. Fabrizio has a diverse background in healthcare and education spanning 30 years. He has clinical experience in wellness, orthopedics, ergonomics and dry needling. He has teaching experience in gross, clinical, and applied anatomy.

His research interests include anatomic studies to examine anatomic structure, function, innervation patterns and variations, as well as the scholarship of teaching and learning in anatomy education and student experiences. Research projects often stem from student driven inquiries and he promotes and encourages students to take the lead in answering their own questions through the research process.

Dr. Fabrizio is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS) and Certified in Integrative Dry Needling (CIDN).
