About Peter M. Sinclair

Peter M. Sinclair, Ph.D. is a Senior Lecturer of English and Catholic Studies and is currently Chair of the Languages and Literature Department n the College of Arts and Sciences at Sacred Heart University.
Professor Sinclair's academic work has been published in such journals as Christianity and Literature, Religion and Literature, Renascence, and College English, and is currently working on two book-length manuscripts. One is an examination of trauma theory in the context of religion in modern literature. The other book is in its early stage, and will overview the field of religion and literature in the context of narrative hermeneutics.
He is also a regular panelist at the following annual conferences: the International Conference on Narrative Theory; NEMLA; the Conference on Christianity and Literature; and the American Comparative Literature Conference. Additionally, he has chaired several panels on narrative theory.
