About Pavlos Bobos

Dr. Pavlos Bobos is an Assistant Professor within the Department of Physical Activity at Western University. His research interests mainly concern chronic illness, mobility and musculoskeletal health.

Pavlos Bobos is an Assistant Professor (tenured track) in musculoskeletal health. Professor Bobos’ research themes include the development and evaluation of mobility and activity interventions, clinical measurement methods and innovations and the identification of best practices using evidence synthesis. His clinical experience is in the field of musculoskeletal health with a focus on exercise, activity modification and complex multimodal interventions that improve physical and mental health in people with chronic pain. 

Professor Bobos is also a research associate and a member of the secretariat of the Ontario’s COVID-19 Science Advisory Table. His involvement in the Science Table has played a critical role in guiding the Ontario government’s response since the beginning of the pandemic. He is strongly committed to creating knowledge that can affect the lives of the people living with injuries and chronic illnesses that compromise musculoskeletal health and mobility.
