About Patricia Desrosiers

Dr. Patricia Desrosiers, LCSW, worked as a case manager and then a clinical social worker dedicating almost 20 years to clients of the community mental health center. She completed her Ph. D. in social work in 2009 and is currently an associate professor and the Acting Department Head of Social Work at Western Kentucky University having held that position since January 2018. Prior to that, she held the position of MSW Program Director. Areas of research interest include leadership, supervision, trauma informed care practices, online teaching, and international social work.
