About Paige D. Brown

Dr. Paige D. Brown received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree with honors from Campbell University School of Pharmacy in 2006. Following graduation, she completed an ASHP accredited geriatric pharmacy practice residency with Campbell University School of Pharmacy and the Brody School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, Geriatric Division, in Greenville, NC. Upon completion of residency, Dr. Brown served as a Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy and a Clinical Specialist for Family Medicine at Pitt County Memorial Hospital from July 2007 until August 2010. During this time, Dr. Brown also served as an Assistant Director of Pharmacy Education for Eastern AHEC. Dr. Brown has worked in Experiential Education within the Campbell pharmacy program as the Assistant Director, Director, and Vice Chair. Currently, Dr. Brown is the Assistant Dean of Interprofessional Education and an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. She serves on the Executive Committee and Pharmacy Leadership Council. Dr. Brown also serves as an advisor for Phi Delta Chi, NCAP, CPFI and SWIPE. Her research interests include interprofessional education, mentoring, experiential education, faculty development, geriatrics, pharmacy admissions, and professionalism. Dr. Brown is a member of the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists, AIHC, and AACP.
