About Nandi A. Marshall

Dr. Nandi A. Marshall is an Assistant Professor in the Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health at Georgia Southern University – Armstrong Campus. Prior to her Fall 2013 appointment, with Armstrong State University, Dr. Marshall was an academic researcher with the Georgia Public Health Practice Based Research Network (GA PH PBRN) and the Health Equity Grant Program Coordinator for the Georgia Society for Public Health Education (GASOPHE). In 2006, she received her MPH from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and earned the title of Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). In 2008, she accepted a position with the National Association of County and City Health Officials as a program associate working in public health preparedness and health equity. She received her Doctor of Public Health from the Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health at Georgia Southern University in December 2012.
