About Megan Baumler, PhD, RD, LD

As a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and with a PhD in Nutrition Sciences, I'm passionate about evidence-based nutrition practice and sustainable dietary patterns that promote long term health. I'm most interested in the connection between our gastrointestinal physiology and our health outcomes, nutrition for the older adulthood life stage, and modifiable dietary factors that can improve our long term health.
