As a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and with a PhD in Nutrition Sciences, I'm passionate about evidence-based nutrition practice and paving nutrition pathways. I'm most interested in the connection between our gut bacteria and our health outcomes, and modifiable dietary factors that can improve our long term health.
