Professor of Law
Oppenheimer joined the UBalt School of Law faculty in the fall of 2003, specializing in Intellectual Property. Oppenheimer brings many years of experience as a patent attorney and in-house counsel to biotech companies as well as significant teaching experience, both at The Johns Hopkins University and at the University of Maryland Law School, as director of the Law and Entrepreneurship Program, and at UMBC, where he taught in the Biomedical Engineering Program.
