Dr. Marianne Holdzkom joined the History and Philosophy Department upon the consolidation of Kennesaw State University with Southern Polytechnic State University in 2014. Her research focuses on cultural representations of historical events or History and Memory. She has delivered many paper presentations on the Salem Witchcraft Crisis in Popular Culture and various aspects of the American Revolution in film and on television. Currently, she is working on a book- length manuscript focusing on John Adams in History and Memory.
