RESUMEN
El TJUE precisa en qué caso la denominación de un producto que contiene un ingrediente protegido por una DOP no implica una usurpación, imitación o evocación de ésta: la sentencia “Champagner Sorbet”.
ABSTRACT
The European Court of Justice states in which cases the denomination of a product containing an ingredient protected by a PDO does not imply misuse, imitation or evocation of it: the judgement "Champagner Sorbet".
