About Liz Thompson

In my role as Open Education Librarian, I coordinate programs and services to facilitate the discovery, adoption, adaptation, and creation of open and affordable course content. This includes exploring innovative educational trends and pedagogies, supporting the publication of open textbooks using PressbooksEDU, and contributing to the overall scholarly communications program.

My current research interests include course material affordability, open pedagogy, and instructional design.
