Abstract
The Women in Graduate Sciences group at the UO campus has been a gender equity success story in recent years. Yet, departments like Physics and Math still struggle with recruiting and maintaining female graduate students and professors. Hear how women are fighting against tradition and changing societal norms one drawing of a scientist at a time.
