Abstract
The authors share the basic tenets of an innovative program model at Portland State University call the Scholarship of Teaching Resources Team. Their research on the program demonstrates its strong impact on faculty and on their scholarly production. The chapter helps the reader identify engaged scholarship and learn how an institution of high education can support it.
