Foreign Language Metadata Assistant
Kelsey Landis is currently pursuing her degree in New Media Studies (NMS) at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. NMS is an interdisciplinary master's degree in which students can choose a certain concentration. Kelsey's concentration is in media theory with a focus on the database and the archive. Her thesis is tentatively entitled, "The Paradox and Rhetoric of the Archive." She takes a special interest in applying quantum theory to her research. Her undergraduate background is in French studies, English literature, and rhetoric and composition. She hopes to pursue a PhD in media theory after graduating from DePaul in November 2013.
