About Julia M. Camp

Julia Camp, Assistant Professor of Accountancy, is a former certified public accountant who worked as a senior tax associate at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP.  She received her PhD in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, Master’s degree in accounting with a taxation concentration from the University of Tennessee, and her undergraduate degree in accounting from Villanova University.  Her research interests are primarily in accounting and taxation education, tax policy, and savings and retirement.  She teaches Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Federal Taxation.
