Most of my research focuses on the theory and experimental evaluation of environmental and natural resource management. I am primarily interested in two areas: 1) compliance behavior and enforcement of environmental and natural resource policies, and 2) the local governance of communal natural resources in the developing world. This latter work is through a collaborative partnership with Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia.
