Jessica Woolfson is a pediatric gastroenterologist at the Children's Hospital (LHSC) and an assistant professor in the Department of Paediatrics, Western University.

Dr. Woolfson obtained her medical degree from the University of Toronto and completed her postgraduate training in Pediatrics at McMaster University. She did her first fellowship in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at British Columbia Children’s Hospital. She returned to Toronto for a 2nd and subspecialty clinical fellowship in advanced hepatology and transplant at the Hospital for Sick Children. She locumed for a year in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at Children’s Hospital and joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor in 2019. 

Dr. Woolfson’s clinical interest are in complex feeding and nutrition, including obesity related disorders (ie. NAFLD), cholestatic liver disease, swallowing disorders and failure to thrive. Her academic pursuits focus on quality improvement and medical education, with an interest in curriculum development.
