As an enthusiastic and engaged professional, I am excited for the opportunity to begin my professional research. A 2011 graduate of Baylor University (M.S. Ed.), I am currently an Academic Advisor in Undergraduate Studies at the University of Kentucky, assisting undeclared and exploratory students. Research interests include best practices in higher education administration, organizational culture, and student retention.
