About Jerome Galea

Dr. Galea is an Associate Professor of Social Work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, ACCESS lab director, and Global Mental Health scholar at the University of South Florida. He has extensive experience in the implementation of low-intensity mental health interventions in Lima, Peru; Chiapas, Mexico; and Tampa, Florida, and has served as a consultant with the World Health Organization on integrating mental health with tuberculosis care in Pakistan, Kenya, and Ghana.
